Health devices and digital tools can offer useful information, but their purpose, evidence, limitations and suitability can vary. QUESVITA aims to make those differences easier to understand.
What we plan to cover
Our future device directory will help women explore relevant products and technologies, understand what they are designed to measure or support, and review the available evidence, safety information, limitations and costs.
Where applicable, we will check company-supplied documentation about independent third-party testing. QUESVITA does not conduct laboratory testing itself.
NOTE: The device directory and assessment process are under development. No device is currently endorsed simply because it is mentioned on this website.
What matters when comparing devices?
- What the device is designed to do and what it actually measures.
- Whether claims are supported by appropriate evidence.
- Safety, privacy and data handling considerations.
- Accuracy, limitations and whether the device is suitable for its intended use.
- Cost, ongoing fees and overall value.
