The QUESVITA Standard™ · Standard 2 of 7

Evidence

Information should be grounded in credible evidence, with the strength and limitations of that evidence made clear.

Standard 2 of 7

What this means

QUESVITA will prioritise relevant research, recognised clinical guidance and appropriately qualified expertise. Where evidence is emerging, mixed or limited, that uncertainty should be explained rather than hidden.

How it may be applied

Evidence does not mean every question has a definitive answer. It means being clear about what is known, what is not known and how confident we can reasonably be.

Framework in development: these pages explain QUESVITA’s intended principles. They do not confirm that a product or service has been assessed or verified.
